Joe took care of us at Hash House.  He was amazing!  And so was the food.  This was our first time visiting.  It had been on my "restaurant bucket list" for YEARS.  The only thing I'm upset about is that it took so long to finally make it there.  I'll let rhe picture speak for itself.  This place is culinary mastery.  And yes, that's a big steak knife along side a full sprig of rosemary jammed in the middle of a massive fried chicken breast, bacon, spinach, fresh tomato, onions, and biscuits glued to a heaping portion of mashed potatoes clinging to the plate, all smothered in a savory, creamy Chipotle sauce. Me and the homies passed through here for breakfast on the way back to Reno from Sick New World. The place was packed, so it was quite the wait, but definitely worth it. Our server, Scott, was very friendly and helpful (give this guy a raise, for real lol). I had the Chorizo Breakfast burrito. It was awesome. Portions were gigantic, and the flavor was amazing.
